Landmark Engineering and Planning, Inc. provided a full range of engineering, planning and landscape architectural services for this 208 acre project which includes 674 dwelling units, 23 acres of open space and a 12 acre school site. The planning services that were provided are related to the design of the layout and processing of entitlements through the Lead Agency. The engineering services provided included technical support during the entitlement process and the preparation of drainage, sewer and water plans.
