Avimor Village One, is an 840 acre portion of a 22,000 acre Master Planned Community located in the foothills just north of Eagle, ID. Avimor is set on the historic Spring Valley Ranch. The 650 home Village One is currently being developed and consists of a mix between residential, commercial (175,000 sq.ft.), and civic amenities. Amenities include a 12,000 sq.ft. community center, almost 10 miles of improved trails, parks, playgrounds, a town lake, village green, and thousands of acres of open space. Landmark will be heading up Master Planning and design of future villages and the realignment of Highway 55. This realignment consists of moving the highway to the west and creating an interchange to handle the large volume of traffic associated with this development. The relocation of the highway will expand the Village One develpment area by approximately 300 acres.
