Landmark Engineering and Planning, Inc. provided a full range of engineering and planning services for this 94 acre project which includes 310 dwelling units, 22 commercial lots and 7.3 acres of open space. Brookdale Subdivision is a mixed-use development. The commercial lots are located on the periphery of the subdivision. The location of the commercial lots and design allows the residents to reach the commercial lots by using the interior roads. In addition, the commercial lots’ location takes advantage of the visibility along the busy collector roads, which allows residents outside of the community to access and view the commercial lots.
