Landmark Engineering and Planning, Inc. provided a full range of engineering and planning services for this 142 acre project which includes 327 dwelling units and 27 acres of open space. The planning services included project master planning, site layout, agency coordination and processing of entitlements through the Lead Agency. The engineering services provided included technical support during the entitlement process and the preparation of drainage, sewer, water and road master plans. Further services included construction document design approvals and construction administration. Major infrastructure for this project included one of the City’s largest wells, ½ mile of collector roads, a bridge crossing, a sewer lift station and trunk sewer mains. In addition, the project boasts tot lots, clubhouse, pool and over 100,000 SF of water features.
