"Landmark Engineering and Planning is seeking a qualified Professionally Licensed Surveyor for a Survey Management position. We provide planning, civil engineering, project management, landscape architecture, construction support services, and surveying services related to land development. We are equipped with a uniquely qualified and dedicated team of professionals and our work encompasses a diverse collection of commercial and residential projects throughout Idaho, Oregon and Utah. We are based in Nampa, Idaho, centrally located in the heart of the Treasure Valley, one of the fastest growing and most exciting areas in the United States, where economic and recreational activities abound.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform surveys for residential & commercial development including but not limited to boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, right-of-way surveys, record of surveys, and subdivisions plats.
• Perform boundary research and coordinate with title companies.
• Generate estimates and proposals.
• Manage multiple field & office personnel.

Requirements:

• Idaho PLS
• Oregon PLS (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent Computer Skills
• AutoCAD LDD experience
• Trimble Geomatics Office experience
• Working knowledge of Trimble GPS, Total Stations, and data collection
• Extremely reliable and able to manage and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
