Golden View Subdivision is a 128 Acre Master Planned retirement community. Located adjacent to the proposed St. Lukes Hospital in Caldwell; the site consists of medical offices, assisted and independent living centers, an executive golf course, community center, as well as various types of housing. Landmark has been involved in the project since inception, and is currently preparing construction documents for the Vision Charter School and the subdivision as a whole. Color marketing exhibits and support material have been prepared by Landmark for approval of the development and marketing purposes of the developer.
